By utilizing our lead generation architecture or onboarding your hospitality property, you explicitly consent to the data operations metrics mapped within this framework.

2. Information We Collect

To drive high-converting booking opportunities for our partners, our network captures data across two operational layers:

A. For Guest Inquiries (Leads):

Full name, validated mobile phone numbers, verified email endpoints, operational booking dates, destination thresholds, and specific accommodation frameworks.

B. For Onboarded Hotel Partners:

Merchant profile identities, corporate contact metadata, absolute business registrations (GSTIN/PAN records), bank settlement vectors, and cloud media configurations (property banners, asset uploads).

3. Data Sharing & Lead Mechanics

Zyeontech functions strictly as an information gateway and **Lead Aggregator**. When a user submits an intent request for booking a premium hotel space, they explicitly direct our engine to distribute that inquiry data stack to matched, verified Hotel Partners within our network ecosystem.

Strict Compliance Rule: Onboarded Hotel Partners are legally bound to process these customer leads internally. Sharing, leaking, or transferring customer lead matrices to external entities or third-party CRM systems is an actionable breach of our Merchant Agreement.

4. Data Security Architecture (AWS S3)

All profile media, property banners, and legal documentation uploaded via our FilePond modules are routed securely into encrypted **Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 Buckets**.

We protect our data layer with automated Cors-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) rule isolation and dynamic pre-signed URL verification. Access tokens are recycled securely via our server clusters to block any external cross-origin resource leakage.

5. Your Rights & Data Erasure

Whether you are a guest user or a registered merchant partner, you have full ownership of your data parameters. You can request access to your logs, object to automated analytical workflows, or initiate complete account data scrubbing.
